Policies & Reminders
Your comfort and well-being matter to us. To help create a positive experience for all, we ask that you take a moment to read through our studio guidelines before your visit.
Studio Requirement:
Grip socks & Mat towels are REQUIRED for all classes.
• If you forget your grip socks. we have some available for purchase at the studio. If you forget your towel, we have towel rentals available at the studio.
Late Arrival Policy
A 5-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 5 minutes, entry will not be permitted for safety reasons. To keep the class experience focused, and distraction-free, our doors arelocked 5 minutes after the start time. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early so you can settle in and get the most out of your session.
• You will be charged a no-show fee ($10) or loss of credit
Class Changes & Cancellations & policies
• Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations will result in a $10 fee for All-Access Monthly Members or loss of class credit for class packs or 4/8 monthly credit memberships.
No-Show Policy
• If you do not attend your scheduled class, you will be charged a $15 fee or forfeit a class credit.
Waitlist:
If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist online. Should a spot become available and you get a spot in class, you’ll receive a confirmation. If your plans change, please cancel through your online account or app—cancellations are not accepted via phone or email. Failure to cancel may result in a charge or loss of class credit.
Private Parties & Studio Rentals
